Vacaville PAL Teen Leadership Council

The Vacaville PAL TLC is open to any PAL members in grades 7-12 that want to make a difference in PAL and their community. The council is designed to allow teens to grow as leaders within the community and also gives members the opportunity to attend conferences and trips. Member of the TLC also gain leadership skills and responsibility by volunteering their time at PAL events as well as community events, holding and attending meetings and organizing and running fundraisers for their group.
