Vacaville PAL Teen Outreach Program
The Vacaville PAL TOP is open to any PAL members ages 13-18 that want to make a difference in PAL and their community. TOP is the new Teen Leadership Program of Vacaville PAL. Currently it is in the planning stages with past teen leaders of PAL.
