Become a PAL Member

The PAL program has ongoing registration and accepts applications for the year through November for the January – December PAL activities. All new and returning PAL applicants must complete the Annual PAL Application.

Registration Process

Full price membership:

Please complete application and bring to any of the Vacaville Community Centers.

Reduced Fee Membership:

Please complete the application and bring to the PAL office located at 40 Eldridge Ave. Suite 11, Vacaville, CA 95688 with income verification. Once you receive an approval letter you may sign up at any of the Vacaville Community Centers.
