Become a PAL Member

The PAL program has ongoing registration and accepts applications for the 2010 year through November 1, 2010 for the January – December PAL activities. All new and returning PAL applicants must complete the Annual PAL Application. Currently we are unable to accept online applications but you may print out and bring or mail applications to our office.

Registration Process

Full price membership:

Please complete application and bring to any of the Vacaville Community Centers.

Regular Fee PAL Application 2009-2010


Reduced Fee Membership:

Please complete the application, include income verification and bring or mail to the PAL office located in the Ulatis Community Center at 1000 Ulatis Dr., Vacaville, CA 95687. If you mail in the application you will recieve a phone call once the application is approved
